For the last 35 years, Veldeman Structure Solutions has been the leader in continuously improving expertise and quality standards. It all began in 1970 when Georges Veldeman started a small family business leasing tents, podiums, flooring, etc. The company soon grew into a larger entity, with international business as well.
Veldeman has manufactured tents since 1978 and developed their international business in 1984. In 2004, Veldeman Structure Solutions acquired Universal Fabric Structures, which made the company an important actor on the American market.
RAPID DEPLOYABLE STRUCTURES
All our facilities can be erected in a short period of time, which is a major advantage when needing to adjust immediately to an increasing demand. Costs are 20% to 40% lower compared to conventional buildings. All materials are of premium quality and flexibility is unlimited.
All structures are maintenance-free. If the facility is to be decommissioned, it can be easily relocated or sold. The buildings can also easily be expanded if demand increases.
RAPID DEPLOYMENT SHELTERS
The MSS, or Military Shelter System, is designed as a rapid deployment shelter”, ideal as airplane hangar, storage space, maintenance facility and housing. The MSS is composed of an aluminium structure combined with PVC fabric.
In addition, the MSS was designed so that the structure can be erected manually without any machinery. Additionally, the whole structure is transported in 10ft containers, which significantly reduces transportation costs.
AIRCRAFT HANGARS
Both the TFS (Tensioned Fabric Structure) and the SFS (Steel Fabric Structure) can be used as semi-permanent or permanent aircraft hangar. The TFS, with its arched shape, has an amazingly high space inside, ideal for this use.
The TFS is composed of an aluminium structure combined with bi-directional tension PVC fabric, which gives the hall a permanent aspect.
TEMPORARY OR SEMI-PERMANENT HOUSING
The classic AH (Alu Hall) has been used on a global basis as temporary, semi-permanent or permanent office, restaurant, changing room and logistic area. Many accessories such as doors, glass windows, inner liner, hard panels, flooring, ventilation openings and lighting are available.
WAREHOUSING
The TFS (Tensioned Fabric Structure), the SH (Stockhall) or the classic AH (Alu Hall) can be used for semi-permanent or permanent storage purposes. These are ideal solutions for logistic or industrial space needs.
