Elite Ventures specializes in fabricating accommodation units for military and civilian camps through the manufacturing of ISO-certified steel containers, flat-pack prefabricated containers and trailer caravans; all standardized to 20ft and 40ft in size. ISO STEEL ACCOMMODATION CONTAINERS
Elite Ventures supply all types of ISO steel containers in all sizes, the most common of which are the 20ft and 40ft containers. These containers can be either brand new, or five-to-ten years old but still in excellent condition. Elite offer an unparralelled level of design flexibility and can accommodate any suggestions or special requirements a client might have. The containers usually come fully-furnished, containing all the furniture for the specified unit, with AC, water-heaters and more, depending on the unit type.

ISO STEEL AND FLAT PACK ACCOMMODATION CONTAINERS
Construction camps, civilian and military housing needs, and industrial facilities are just some of the areas where flat pack accommodation containers may prove useful and cost effective. Modular buildings are an ideal solution in remote or rural areas, especially in situations where construction may prove inconvenient or even impossible.
The main advantages of flat packs are that they are relatively cheap, fast to assemble, and durable. One of their negative aspects, however, is that they have a limited lifespan of two or three years if looked after. ISO steel containers, on the other hand, can survive for up to ten years if properly maintained. Flat packs require labour to assemble them, whereas ISO steel container accommodations come ready-made. In addition, flat pack accommodation buildings are limited to only two stories in height, whilst, ISO steel container accommodations allow for up to seven stories.
TRAILER CARAVANS
House-trailers and mobile homes are accommodations that are usually manufactured off-site in factories. These types of accommodations usually consist of very strong trailer frames, axles, wheels and tow-hitches. Due to the fact that house-trailers are on wheels they have the advantage that they can be relocated at any time with no hassle. Most measure 30ft in length.
