A new multi-purpose night vision monocular (MPNVM) was revealed by Theon Sensors during Defendory International 2008 in Athens, Greece. The monocular is the latest addition to Theon Sensors product portfolio and its development was performed in house by company’s own resources.
“Since late 2007, we have undertaken an intensive R&D programme in order to design and manufacture the MPNVM, and we are delighted to be able to introduce a full MIL SPEC (military specification) device to the international market,” said Dr. Thomas Dakos, Theon Sensors’ vice president and head of technology.
