Sterling Heights MI (SPX) Nov 25, 2008 – The U.S. Army TACOM Lifecycle Management Command has awarded $63.7 million to General Dynamics Land Systems, a business unit of General Dynamics, to upgrade 180 tanks under the Abrams Improved Systems Enhancement Package (SEP) Reset (ISR) program.
