Environment News Service: One of the world’s best known climate experts will lead the newly established Yale Climate and Energy Institute, University President Richard Levin announced Tuesday. Dr. Rajendra Pachauri has chaired the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change since 2002 and has been director general of The Energy and Resources Institute in New Delhi since 2001.
