Morning Sun: The Kansas House of Representatives voted Friday to approve a bill that would allow two coal-fired power plants to be built in southwest Kansas. The bill passed by a vote of 74-48. Three members of the House did not vote on the bill –one being Bob Grant, D-Cherokee.
