Australian Broadcasting Corporation: Prime Minister Kevin Rudd started the second day of his visit to the US by catching up with former US president Bill Clinton over breakfast. The two men used the meeting at one of Mr Clinton’s favourite French cafes in Chappaqua, upstate New York, to discuss this week’s UN climate change summit.
