Huntsville AL (SPX) Jan 20, 2010 – The U.S. Army has selected Northrop Grumman to develop the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS) under a $577 million, five-year, cost-plus-incentive-fee/cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for system design and development. IBCS is an integrated air- and missile-defense command and control capability.
