Business Green: CLP Holdings, Hong Kong’s largest electricity supplier, yesterday commissioned the first phase of a 200MW wind farm on mainland China. The Qianan project will now be introduced in four phases, each with 49.5MW of capacity and at a cost of 500m yuan (£47m).
