Reuters: A Mitsui & Co unit said on Tuesday that it received a bill for about $1.9 billion from BP Plc to help with the clean-up of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. Mitsui Oil Exploration Co also said in a statement it was withholding the payment while it continued to examine the issue.
