Yahoo Japan: Google deal gets regulatory green light (Reuters)

Reuters – Japan’s anti-monopoly watchdog gave the official go-ahead on Thursday to a search-engine alliance between Yahoo Japan Corp and Google Inc that had been questioned by competitors.
