Investor’s Business Daily – Google (NASDAQ:GOOG – News) acquired SageTV, which makes media software and digital video recorders, for an undisclosed price. Analysts said the acquisition is aimed at helping the online search leader further extend its brand and media offerings from the Internet to TV.
