CCTV: China’s top economic planner on Tuesday released the renewable energy development plan for 2006-2010. Under the plan, annual consumption of renewable energy will reach 10 percent of the country’s total annual energy consumption by 2010. That target, if reached, will nearly double the 2005 level.
