Tewksbury MA (SPX) Apr 28, 2008 – Raytheon has been awarded a $5 million U. S. Missile Defense Agency contract to begin initial planning and requirements definition for the European Mid-course Radar program proposed for the Czech Republic. Subject to successful completion of negotiations with the Czech Republic and ratification, this program includes the assembly and installation of an existing X-band radar located in the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
