MILITARY MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS
Modern weapon systems and sophisticated equipment for civil defence and disaster control require careful maintenance and upkeep. Kaercher develops and produces application-oriented high-pressure steam cleaners ranging from stationary units to mobile, independent high performance systems with four different output stages: high pressure, hot water high pressure, steam, and dry steam.
HDS 1400 D – HIGH-PRESSURE STEAM-JET CLEANER
Universally-usable high-pressure steam-jet cleaner. Diesel engine and self-priming high-pressure pump offer a wide spectrum of applications almost everywhere. Compact, sturdy and reliable even in very hot or cold regions.
SCS 1801 DE – MOBILE HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANER
The mobile power-package. A large amount of water and high-pressure ensure a quick and thorough cleaning. The system is suitable for all areas of material, vehicle and equipment maintenance. Operation is possible using two spray lances at 1,000L/h and 100bar.
CLEANING AGENTS
Environmentally friendly cleaning agents for the quick and efficient elimination of all kinds of dirt. Highly active ingredients guarantee the desired result when cleaning, disinfecting, preserving or phosphatising.

DECOCONTAIN 3000 GDS – HIGH-PERFORMANCE DECONTAMINATION SYSTEM
Compact, independent high-performance decontamination system for universal use day and night under all climate conditions. Represents the technical basis for the establishment of a complete decontamination site.
DECONTAMINATION AGENT – GDS 2000
GDS 2000 is a non-aqueous decontamination agent based on alkoxides. It is intended for the quick and effective detoxification of all known chemical warfare agents on the surfaces of military material.
DECONTAMINATION AGENT – RDS 2000
The RDS 2000 radioactive decontaminant is a concentrated decontamination agent consisting of two separate components for the production of an N decontamination agent which is used for the N decontamination of surfaces contaminated with radioactive particles.
TEP 90 – BUNDESWEHR DECONTAMINATION SYSTEM
The TEP 90 is the first decontamination system within the Federal German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) that uses a non-aqueous decontamination solution (GDS 2000) on the basis of alkoxides as fundamental technology for the detoxification of chemical warfare agents instead of the traditional German Decont emulsion.
The technical equipment is designed so that the decontamination system can also be used for NBC defence tasks in the area of civil or homeland defence.

Our textile protection systems are subject to the most stringent quality controls, can be washed or decontaminated several times without losing their protection function, and can be stored for up to 15 years when packed air-tight.
