Times of India: India and China cannot follow a common policy even if it pertains to environmental issues. It is unfair to club the two countries just because they are emerging economies and both pose a potential or perceived threat to the developed world. India and China do have a common platform: their refusal to undertake mandatory emissions reduction targets in any international agreement to deal with climate change.
