Bloomberg: Climate legislation sponsored by Sens. Joseph Lieberman, a Connecticut independent, and John Warner, a Virginia Republican, may cost the U.S. economy as much as $2.9 trillion in 2050, the Environmental Protection Agency said in a report Friday.
