Iowa Farmer: This past week`s news from the Obama administration to the biofuels industry was, in the words of one expert, a mixed bag. The good news was the administration announced on May 5 the formation of a new Biofuels Interagency Working Group headed by USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack.
