Investor’s Business Daily – Teenage girls are more likely to be banned from playing violent video games at home than boys, according to a study by Information Solutions Groups, a marketing research firm. About 60% of parents and guardians with kids age 14 and older said they don't let their girls play "hard-core" video games, while only 37% said they have the same attitude for their boys. Meanwhile, nearly half of respondents said violent video games were forbidden in the household.
