New York Metro-based Ducts Unlimited is the design-engineering and sub-contract-manufacturer of flexible, non-metallic ducts to militaries and their defense contractors worldwide. We produce ducts measuring 2 to 48in (50 to 1,200mm) in lengths up to 50ft (15M).

Ducts Unlimited’s manufacturing center houses a broad variety of performance-coated fabrics for military ducting: hypalon, neoprene, PVC, polypropylene, silicone, thermoplastic rubber and chemical-biological laminates, all dedicated to delivering portable air handling products for use in every operational environment for any mission. All processes within the center conform to the quality requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

Ducts Unlimited works with ALL the color charts from ALL the world’s militaries. Whatever your requirement: DLA (Defence Logistic Agency), FS595 (Federal Standard 595, Rev. B) or RAL (German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification), we can supply ducts in those exact colors.
MILITARY SPECIFICATION HVAC AND ECU SYSTEM DUCTS
Although outlet ports for HVAC and ECU systems are largely standardized within any one army, their specifications can vary from country to country, and sometimes even among services within a country. Ducts Unlimited supplies to a variety of fighting forces worldwide, so it is important that our range of ducts be as versatile as possible. With access to virtually all HVAC and ECU systems specifications, and with their country-to-country interconnect standards to tents or trailers available, Ducts Unlimited can always “cuff” ducts to the requirements of the appliance they will be attached to. From a simple belt and buckle to a more elaborate stainless steel twist and lock, a secure fit is assured every time. We also provide insulation where specified, in polyester fabrics or foams and in fibreglass blankets up to 1in thick.
