Frestems

Frestems is a specialist manufacturer of military evacuation equipment, producing military ambulance vehicle interiors, stretcher platform solutions and stretchers. Frestems has vast experience in creating ambulance solutions for all types of medical military vehicles from soft ambulances to heavily armoured vehicles. Vehicles equipped by Frestems are used in numerous military operations around the world.

Frestems solutions are widely used in military ambulances and medical evacuation vehicles. Frestems rescue systems are the preferred choice for military customers due to the quality, safety and functionality of the products and solutions.

The mechanisms and design of Frestems’ platforms and stretchers is unique. Linear ball-bearing sliders, automatically mechanised stretcher-locking systems and lightened loading-mechanisms enhance the functionality and utility of the platforms, making them as user-friendly and durable as possible.

RAPID PATIENT-EVACUATION SYSTEMS

Rapid, gentle and safe evacuation of patients is prioritised in Frestems products. The sophisticated functions and leading platform technology of Frestems is used to attain the most rapid and patient-friendly evacuation possible.

On battlefields and crisis areas, evacuation must be carried out as quickly and conveniently as possible. The design of Frestems rescue systems prioritises these abilities.

STRETCHER PLATFORMS AND TREATMENT BASES

Frestems designs and manufactures the most sophisticated and developed treatment bases, stretcher fastening systems and stretcher platforms for military vehicles.

Amongst a wide range of products Frestems delivers shock-absorbing patient transport platforms, hydraulic lifter platforms, multifunction platforms with optimised loading heights, high vehicle platforms, stretcher-lifting roof systems, and four-stretcher place platforms. The stretcher platforms fulfil military standards and are tested to ensure their safety and reliability.

PROMIL-214 TREATMENT BASE

This treatment base is the latest innovation in MEDEVAC stretcher platforms. The modular platform enables manoeuvring of the fastened stretcher in various directions.

The platform is specifically designed for wheeled armoured personnel carriers and other high vehicles to give an optimal loading height. The loading height can be adjusted according to the height of the vehicle. The platform has automatic stretcher locking and is compatible with numerous stretchers. The system is durable and designed for heavy usage.

PROMIL-240 FOLDABLE STRETCHER PLATFORM

The ProMIL-240 is a foldable stretcher platform that can be used in medical evacuation vehicles where space is limited or where the vehicle is used for several purposes. This platform can be folded to the side, under the seating, when not in use.

The ProMIL-240 is a mine-protected stretcher platform, as it is elevated from the ground through its fastening mechanism to the side of the interior. It also extends out of the vehicle for easy loading.

PROMIL-440 EVACUATION AMBULANCE UNIT

The ProMIL-440 is a development used for large-capacity evacuation. It has four sliding-stretcher bases with automatic stretcher-locking, and can be installed easily in various vehicles and vessels, including vans, trucks and combat boats.

This product is a preferred solution in catastrophe, natural disaster and crisis operations where large quantities of patients have to be evacuated rapidly.

PROMIL 217-10 NATO STRETCHER

The ProMIL 217-10 is a NATO stretcher and complies with the NATO stretcher standard Stanag 2040. This field stretcher is lightweight, with sliding patient fastening straps and extractable handles. The materials are easy to sanitise.

CUSTOMISED AMBULANCE INTERIORS

Frestems designs and manufactures equipment for the conversion of military vehicles into ambulances. Careful planning and detailed design combined with an extensive experience in ambulance manufacturing is applied to compose ambulances specified for their end-user environments.

In close co-operation with customers, various aspects of the medical vehicle are re-designed and new components installed for ambulance use. These include treatment bases, stretcher platforms, cases for medical equipment, floor heating, interior linings (insulation), alarm lights, power outlets, oxidation systems and additional storage space installations.
