UNATTENDED GROUND SURVEILLANCE VEHICLES
The SpyRobot 4WD system is capable of close target surveillance and reconnaissance of high risk and difficult to access targets. Providing live imagery and audio information, on a 5kg, multi-terrain platform that can deliver a sensor capability where personnel cannot reach.
Micro Spyrobot 4WD is a UGV platform typically used in applications of a tactical scope. The small 1kg platform will perform very well in broken terrain and grass.
GUNCAM – ROUND THE CORNER GUN CAMERA
GunCam provides a ’round the corner’ capability for pistols and assault weapons, allowing the soldier / operator to expose the weapon, observe and engage targets form the relative safety of cover.
SPYEYE – WIRELESS NETWORKED SURVEILLANCE CAMERA SYSTEM
Spyeye cameras provide a rapid deployment networked wireless camera system for applications such as VIP protection, siege scenarios, also force and asset protection. Multiple wireless networked colour / low light cameras with an audio capture capability can be monitored from a central man-portable receiver unit with Video Motion Detection (VMD).
SRTC – SHORT RANGE THROWING CAMERA
The Short Range Throwing Camera (SRTC) provides a soldier with the capability of rapidly deploying a short range camera which transmits visual information to the soldier once deployed during operations and provides a real-time viewpoint from the target of obstacles, non combatants and enemy fire being faced.
GIRAFFE
Giraffe is a world-beating solution that provides a stand-off EO capability for use in MOUT scenarios, search operations, and force protection. This camera on a stick solution, provides ground forces with an off-axis viewing camera, allowing observation from a position of safety.
ACCS – ADVANCED COMBAT CAMERA SYSTEM
Advanced Combat Camera System (ACCS) can be provided in a wireless or wired configuration. As a wireless device, commanders and other team members can view the imagery product of the ACCS, easing the process of ‘in contact’ briefing. This 21st Century ‘trench periscope’ allows the soldier to understand the layout of the room or space, see who is where, and if they are armed combatants, or unarmed civilians.
CLAYMORE CAMERA
The Claymore camera system places a camera on the Claymore mine. This allows its deployment in dead ground and on likely approaches to a defensive position, increasing the defensive field of fire for a patrol on a halt, a unit in defence, observation posts, and or border or other linear targets.
HELMET CAM
The helmet mounted camera unit requirement is for the transmission of useful visual and audio information from team members to the commander during operations when the soldiers are outside the field of view of the commander, in particular when fighting in built-up areas, or on urban patrols, and or police type operations that military forces are often drawn into such as crowd control and civil disorder. In these scenarios the helmet cam maintains a link between the soldier and commander when becoming separated is a characteristic of such operations.
