Polyformes of Leighton Buzzard has acquired PSP (UK) (t/a Performance Solution Packaging), the packaging manufacturer based in Gamlingay, Bedfordshire. The purchase, for an undisclosed sum, took place on Tuesday 3rd of February 2009.
Paul Henrick, executive chairman of Polyformes, stated the acquisition enables both companies to offer a wide range of protective packaging: “The move strengthens our ability to offer customers a complete service for high specification composite packaging, from design to manufacture for a broad spectrum of industries.”
