Oracle just rolled out the latest release of its CRM On Demand software. Release 18 has two targets: Driving revenue and cutting costs.
The latest version of CRM On Demand offers new features and functions that promise to deliver less-expensive qualified leads while also paving the way for better business planning. CRM On Demand also touts enterprise-grade cloud security, network and access control, and a brand-new “Insurance on Demand” solution for broker channel management.
Anthony Lye, senior vice president of Oracle CRM, noted that the company has issued two major releases of the product in less than six months. The rapid-fire iterations are a move to respond to customer needs in a competitive customer-relationship market.
“Oracle CRM On Demand Release 18 introduces superior integration for marketing and sales, new insight for business planning, and enterprise-level cloud security,” Lye said. “Oracle CRM On Demand continues to set the bar for industry as the best way for organizations to achieve maximum CRM success in the most economical way.”
