Investor’s Business Daily – The prospective builder of a broadband wireless network filed a revised proposal with the FCC that would move its network to a different block of spectrum to ease fears it would interfere with GPS frequencies. Separately, a technical working group filed a study with the agency that shows LightSquared’s original network plans could interfere with GPS signals used in consumer navigation devices and aircraft guidance systems.
